Full Journal pdf2015-04-06 House Journal Page 0728 HB 115 The following, which was held from the April 3, 2015, calendar (page 706), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 115(FIN) "An Act relating to the sovereignty of the state and the state's right to a credit or setoff for amounts or injuries inequitably or unlawfully caused or claimed by the federal government; requiring the United States to lift certain land orders and federal withdrawals; relating to the transfer of public land or interests in public land from the federal government to the state and to the 2015-04-06 House Journal Page 0729 disposal of that land or any interest in land; and providing for an effective date." Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Foster was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 115(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 115(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
